Folsom is one of those great towns with much to offer. It is a playground for a fitness-minded resident or outdoorsy visitor. From lake access to walking paths there are a lot of options. One area that I particularly love is near the river and bridges. Take a walk on the Johnny Cash Trail, ride your bike from the path into town, or sit and read on the rocks of the river bank.
Of course, my favorite activities are running the trail or doing yoga on the rocks. I had the pleasure of being photographed in this stunning setting by Dana Gualco Photography. Dana is an artist with her lens and light. Somehow she seemed to make every image whimsical and perfectly capturing my intent.
